Royal Trousseau
A Fashion Shoot at the Pink Palace of the Pacific

trous·seau n. [French, from Old French, diminutive of trousse, bundle. See truss.] The possessions, such as clothing and linens, that a bride assembles for her marriage.

A traditional trousseau was once considered a treasure trove of meaningful possessions stored in a hope chest. It still is. The modern day trousseau is a mere extension of a stylish bride’s daily accoutrements. Her bridal party’s wardrobe should include elegant frocks, luxe jewelry, and playful accessories that will express her impeccable fashion sense on the wedding day and for posterity’s sake.

The grand milieu of The Royal Hawaiian Hotel presented a befitting setting for our couture fashion shoot.
