Please read instructions thoroughly to avoid mistakes in your order.
All vintage portrait jewelry sales are final.

Once you have decided on the style, specify the following on the order form :  
size, bead color (if applicable), photo hue, and quantity. Special instructions (if any) can be entered at the end of the ordering process under "Comments". The bracelets are available in two sizes: 7.5 or 8.5 inches. If you are uncertain, simply measure your wrist.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAILING PHOTOS:
Submit two photos no larger than 8x10" for each vintage photo charm. If photos are old or irreplaceble, please submit high quality copies in lieu of originals. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged photos while in transit. If ordering more than one bracelet, place photos for each bracelet in separate envelopes labeled with item name and number. TO AVOID DAMAGE, BE SURE TO SEND PHOTOS IN A PHOTO MAILER TO THE ADDRESS BELOW. It is very important that you include a copy of your Net+ Catalog order form along with the photos. Jewelry orders are shipped via FedEx (United States).  All original photographs will be returned to you with the finished jewelry. Please allow approximately 4 -5 weeks for completion of orders. 

SPECIAL NOTES:
It is very important to note that the vintage portrait charms are not waterproof. Photos may be damaged if exposed to or submersed in water.

Copyright laws apply to any photos submitted. By submitting your photos for reproduction in the vintage charm bracelets, you agree to indemnify and protect Pacific Rim Publishing Group, Inc., and any and all associated manufacturers from any legal action with regard to copyright infringement or illegal use of the photos. Pacific Rim Publishing Group, Inc. assumes no legal responsibilty for misuse of photos. We cannot make copies of any photographs to which you do not own the copyright, including, but not limited to, studio portraits, published photographs, and all other photos owned by another party. Please note on the back of a picture if only a particular person should be included. For your protection, you should receive a formal and legal release from all persons included in any photos submitted, and from the photographer(s) who owns the photography.

We strive to obtain the finest quality reproduction of your photographs. Our reproductions will closely reflect the quality of the original. For best results, please choose photos that are not scratched, blurry, or damaged. Over time you may notice the photos and glass "sealing together".  This is a normal occurrence and will not affect the quality of the photo.
