True to her foodie roots as a native San Franciscan, Jasmine de Lung designs beautiful wedding cakes featuring unique flavors and flavor combinations. After eight years making cakes, Jasmine has honed her skills to create almost anything out of cake, and most importantly, she knows who she is as an artist. Her designs are sensitive, organic, and fresh with a look that is both clean, yet natural. Jasmine likes to play with contrasts in her work: balancing soft and edgy, sweet and salty, solid and diaphanous, tangy and creamy, vintage and modern.

Utilizing flavors such as oregano, passionfruit, ricotta, chipotle, chocolate, espresso, salted caramel, earl grey, meyer lemon, and torched almonds, Jasmine refuses to adhere to a consistent menu.  When people come for tastings, they can expect to try flavor combinations both familiar and edgy. From painting, to piping work, to imitating life, to sculpting sugarpaste, Jasmine's portfolio reveals the depth of her skills. "Integrating the artistic innovations of the past and present into my skill set helps me to continue to evolve and play with new mediums and design aesthetics."
