Dressing the table can be an art form. Artist and designer Sandy Chilewich continues to redefine how people dress their tables with her innovative textiles, striped patterns, asymmetrical placemats and colorful products under the Chilewich label.
With her spring-summer 2014 collection, the punchy and mod lime green and orange Dahlia placements act more like a charger than a placemat, where plates will sit surrounded and enhanced by the open lace cutwork it exhibits. Sandy says, "Our Dahlia is the perfect shape to elevate any party. It is part charger and part placemat." So far, Dahlia has only been available in metallics and black but with the warmer season (and moods) approaching, came more color. Perfect for a summer pool party or al fresco post-wedding brunch.
