Ropate and Gitte Kama, the couple behind Kama Catch Me Photography, wanted to style a shoot to showcase the strength of a woman. They were inspired by the challenging, often uphill, climb that is wedding-planning and marriage. The Kamas wanted to capture the spirit of a strong bride, and they had no further to look than their own Pacific isle. When they first met their model, a quiet dancer named Leni Tabua, they were worried she would struggle to pull off the concept. They were wrong. Leni blossomed before the lens in a show of raw beauty and strength. Enjoy.
