The name aside, there is something eye-catching about a wedding cake layered to perfection, sans icing.  Vancouver cake designer Nicole McEachnie created this pretty vanilla-soaked layered cake with rose Italian buttercream, fresh raspberries and lychee. Nicole says, "I love the simple elegance that a naked cake brings to a wedding, and how it allows you to showcase the organic nature of the ingredients and the seasonal blooms."
