For Los Angeles couple Kate and Andrew, a peaceful and intimate wedding at the Sugarman Estate on Maui was perfect. Photographer Mike Adrian captured the gorgeous event where 100 friends and family members joined together at the ocean’s edge to celebrate. The design team at Belle Destination Events says, “Along with the help of the-mother-of-the-bride, Mary, the planning was a blast! With Mary’s refined Texas taste and Kate’s adventurous spirit, we blended the styles to create a modern and elegant event. The dramatic focal point of the décor were the strands of orchids dripping from the tent ceiling. We were inspired by the canopy of falling flowers in the movie Twilight and wanted to interpret that idea into the bride’s personal style. The hanging arrangement was centered between the crystal chandeliers beneath the Raj tent. Bella Bloom Floral Boutique designed the gorgeous floral arrangements. We dressed the tables in champagne silk linens with gold accents. This truly was an amazing event for an incredible couple!"
