Wedding photographer Erica Chan traveled to Indonesia to capture a beautifully simple and exotic cliffside wedding shoot at the Uluwatu Surf Villas perched on the Southern Indian Ocean. The intimate and tropical setting is breathtaking! The Uluwatu Surf Villas offer expansive views and amazing sunsets. The villas are just minutes away from the famous Uluwatu temple, as well as some of Bali's hidden sandy gems.
Local talent lended a hand to make the shoot spectacular. Erica gives us the scoop on her vision: "We wanted to keep it simple, elegant and wind-kissed. Our goal was to create a sweet, stylish love story that showcased a blend of traditional balinese elements with a contemporary touch. The Uluwatu Surf Villas have a classic "surfer's paradise" vibe, and also offered some of the most stunning views! Beverly of Life at Stuidio B used her talented fingers and creative notions to write some whimsical stationery and words of love. The dress was by Hong Kong dressmaker Noel Chu, which was paired with a simple drop veil for the ultimate in elegance. The florals were provided by Heliconia. They specialize in exotic and tropical floral design. They created an amazing traditional Balinese ceremony arch of yellow and orange local flowers."
