Sophie Grace Designs is a jewelry boutique located in the beach town of Paia, Maui where designer and owner Jamie Shepherd offers jewelry workshops and private events. We love the idea of hosting a bridesmaid brunch where your closest friends can create one-of-a-kind pieces to wear on the wedding day and cherish after the celebration. Bride-to-be Kimberly did just that and the photography duo at Maui Maka where on-hand to capture the good times.
After working with Sophie Grace Designs on her custom jewelry pieces for her wedding day, Kimberly decided to surprise her bridesmaids with one-of-a-kind jewelry inspired by their individual wedding looks. Jamie at Sophie Grace says, "Kimberly filled me in on her wedding colors, style direction and each girl's dress and personality and let me do the rest."
They spent the a lovely morning in the boutique sipping champagne and toasting the bride-to-be.
Pretty fresh flower arrangements by Mandy Grace Designs adorned the boutique.
"After the girls shopped for a little bit and opened their jewelry gifts, they helped Kim pick out her wedding earrings from the selections I had waiting for her," Jamie says. "It was so much fun!"
