Dana and Bobby were such an amazing couple to work with at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. The bride is a classic Eastside Seattle girl with a penchant for good times and serious bling, while Bobby brings his east coast sensibilities into the mix (his New York Mets groom's cake stole the show). Their entire event was inspired by the glitter and art deco design of the Great Gatsby and we wanted to bring that Old Hollywood feel into the space.

Bobby was a groom that took it all to heart.  He was teary-eyed the moment he saw his soon-to-be wife for the first time on the roof deck of the Four Seasons.  The backdrop for their first look was incredible-- the gleaming Puget Sound and the Seattle Great Wheel at Pier 57 filled the skyline.

Dana wore a stunning lace drop-waisted, A-line gown with a multi-layer tulle skirt and crystal band detailing from local Seattle designer Luly Yang.  Her traditional cathedral length veil with matching lace trim was absolutely elegant.

Dana carried a bouquet of white peonies and garden roses with a touch of champagne hues.  The bride's grandmother's rosary dangled from the satin ribbon handle.

The large bridal party was a stylish bunch.  The bridesmaids wore short, royal blue dresses with necklines of their choosing, while  the two maid-of-honors wore blush sequin cocktail dresses.  Their hand-tied bouquets were blush pink roses and ranunculus. The groomsmen chose traditional black tuxedos and added a splash of color with bright green socks, a shout-out to Seattle.

The ceremony at St. James Cathedral Catholic included a full Catholic mass. Afterward, the bridal party hopped in a wood-panaled school bus (styled out like a limo inside) to head to the reception at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. They were the talk of downtown as the big, blue bus weaved through the streets!

The reception of 250 guests in the hotel's Water View Ballroom was gorgeous! The linens and napkins from Creative Coverings were blush dupioni with an antique ivory rosette overlay. The sweetheart table featured La Tavola's New York nude linen for a gold sparkle.  Silver Chiavari chairs and glass chargers with platinum beading complemented the glam centerpieces: candelabras, crystal, mercury glass and blush floral arrangements.

The reception was such a fun party with the bride's cousin performing the couple's first dance song to the bride surprising her groom with his baseball groom's cake. Photo booth fun and dancing lasted late into the night...even the cute flower girl stayed out well past her bedtime!
