California couple Crystal and Michael chose to wed outdoors at Scripps Park in La Jolla overlooking the gorgeous cove. Crystal says, “Our wedding decor was elegant and coastal. Every little detail down to my bouquet was a dream come true!” Orange County floral designer Christa Rose says, “Crystal and Michael’s wedding had a very laid-back beach-y vibe going on. The color palette was soft and feminine. Crystal and I worked together to come up with the perfect flowers— we decided on tropicals (ginger, tuberose, orchids, lisianthus and monstera leaves) to give the bouquets a loose architectural look. ” The couple decided to name each table after their favorite local beaches and Christa arranged Light and dark pink dahlias for centerpieces.
The bride says, “Put simply, God is good and we could not be happier for such a perfect wedding day! The weather had been windy, cloudy and rainy but the skies cleared up and the air was warm on our wedding day. The water was such a clear magnificent blue and made a spectacular backdrop for our ceremony. Romantic music and dancing right alongside the beautiful coastal cove of La Jolla made me the happiest bride in the world! My husband and I both had the biggest smiles on our face the entire day.
