It's rare that we come across anything truly original, especially when it comes to wedding desserts. The cupcake has officially had its moment. Enter ombre pyramid chocolates courtesy of Melbourne, Australia's chic baker, Caroline (her friends call her Caz) from Nectar and Stone. It's no surprise that Caz was formally in the fashion industry with her incredible eye for color, form and style.

The dessert designer says, "Fashion is my inspiration rather than cake trends, which I think is the main point of difference from my brand. A lot of research and development goes into building recipes and working on concepts. Nectar and Stone is about designing desserts for pretty occasions and events. It's about  making beautiful and unique desserts that push the boundaries and taste good...and take your breath away."
