For their hometown affair in Maui, Hawaii, Alexa and Sal preferred a setting that was a little bit rustic and a little bit glamorous. A Tuscan-inspired villa in earthy shades of terra-cotta and tawny yellow perched on a 20-acre olive farm in upcountry Kula was the perfect Maui wedding venue. The Villa is a functioning olive farm with gorgeous vineyards that overlook the Pacific Ocean. Above all else, the tree-shaded ceremony lawn was its finest feature. Summer House designers planned the ceremony site with a wrought-iron arch in foliage, herbs and olive branches. Florals by Maui florist Mandy Grace in hues of white, ivory and blush created a beautiful, classic and lush garden setting. Alexa carried a romantic hand-tied bouquet composed of blush garden roses, soft pale porcelina spray roses and peonies.

Revelers took to long family-style wooden farm tables by Signature Event Rentals for a lively dinner reception. The al fresco scene designed by Summer House Couture Weddings & Events was quintessentially Italian in look and feel. Designer Robyn Iaea says, "We wanted to showcase and support the nature around us with weathered stone vessels housed rosemary and blush and ivory dahlias, David Austin garden roses, spray roses, cobra lilly, and olive branches." Large custom wreathes of olive branches and foliage with soft mini lights hung above the dinner tables for an elegant and effortless scene.

The evening ended with a delicious seasonal meal by Maui Executive Catering with the feeling of a family style Tuscan dinner party.
