While many destination weddings take place along the ocean shore, Kristy and Jason opted for a lavish country wedding on the island of Maui, Hawaii. The Vancouver couple was wed among the rolling hills of Maui's upcountry region at the lush estate of the Hui No'eau Visual Arts Center.

The entire affair was decorated in delicate creams, deep greens, and sprinkled with pops of periwinkle. An elegant sailcloth Sperry Tent adorned by hanging chandeliers and green ivy spanned across the great lawn for the reception. It looked especially lovely paired with a mid century modern cream lounge set and long wooden farm tables.

Fine art wedding photographer Melia Lucida captured timeless black and white portraits of the bride. Kristy got ready with bridal makeup artist Meili Autumn Beauty upstairs while Jason and his groomsmen adorned their boutonnieres and bow ties.

Floral designer Teresa Sena beautifully incorporated cascading ivy down Signature's Rococo Crystal Chandeliers that hung from the hand-crafted sailor tent.

A stunning array of blush and gold by Set Maui decorated wooden farm tables with rustic elegance. Kendall from the destination planning team of White Orchid Weddings enabled Kristy and Jason to create the wedding of their dreams.

A modern maple fire table from Signature Boutique Event Rentals kept the tent space warm and cozy while it rained throughout the evening.
