Kelley and Charlie took a modern approach to a rustic theme with their elegant Maui country destination wedding. The Haiku Mill is set among a fresh Hawaiian country backdrop, full of tropical greenery and warm sunshine. The fairytale-like venue boasts lovely vine-draped stone ruins, a charming sugarcane house, and thoughtfully curated decor.

The couple wanted their guests to experience their wedding day as if they were in a scene from the novel The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett. A lively combination of periwinkle, deep red, peach and pale yellow florals by Teresa Sena popped against the lush greenery of the Haiku Mill.

Kelly and Charlie picked the Haiku Mill as their venue because of its charming atmosphere and undeniable beauty. The veteran team of Pua Le'a worked with talented florist Teresa Sena to create a magical entrance scene. Colorful blooms hung from the ceiling among grand, draping curtains and a wooden harp. Timeless cross back chairs from Inspiration Events framed an aisle leading up to a picturesque staircase in front of a waterfall. Film fine art photography duo Dmitri & Sandra captured every beautiful detail from the couple's big day.

Kelley looked like a classic bridal beauty with a sweetheart A-line gown and strappy gold pumps. The bride wore her hair in two side braids collected into a sophisticated low bun by MeiLi Autumn Beauty.

Painted blue signage by Miss B Calligraphy featured gold lettering and custom cocktails were served by Garnish Craft Cocktail Catering.

We love how the reception dining tables were set up in a horse shoe shape. It insured that all the guests were able to mingle among themselves and with the newlyweds, too! Complete with large, rustic farm tables and long floral garlands, it made for the ultimate intimate dinner party.
