Hawaii Flortist Christina Hartman of Wildheart teamed up with international film photographers, Scott and Ashlee O'Malley of O'Malley Photographers to set a beautifully tropical, minimal and cool scene at Maui's Haiku Mill. Christina says, "Scott and Ashlee perfectly capture the rich, tropical gardens of the Haiku Mill on Maui's north shore in this island-inspired inspiration shoot. The historic ruins of the Mill are a perfect backdrop of vine draped stonewalls, lush enchanted gardens and carefully curated French antiques, creating a romantic but distinctly Hawaiian backdrop."

The Style
"We were deeply inspired by our island home and its diversity of flowers and foliage. My intent was to create something that had an authentic sense of place using materials that are growing abundantly here." Christina elevated the expected take on tropical wedding decor opting for a simple color story of verdant green, rich charcoal and white-washed hues. A wooden farm table is set for four in an often times unseen section of the Mill. The indoor-outdoor setting is ideal for farm-to-table dinner parties and small gatherings. Urns are over-flowing with local greenery, ferns and foliage to add texture. Tall pillar candles add a touch of elegance. We particularly love the whimsical bridal bouquet of tropical greens  tied in Adorn raw-edge silk ribbon in various shades of French blue. Thank you for sharing with us, Christina!
