When photographer Ali Laven and graphic designer Evan Dull began planning their wedding, they recruited the brilliant full-service wedding planner, stylist, and florist Kaleb Norman James in addition to one of our favorite film photographers, Erich McVey. Together, this talented group of creatives designed a gorgeous outdoor affair composed of equal parts sophistication and fun.
The couple chose an incredible nature-focused venue that served as a breath-taking backdrop for the entire event.

The bride and groom used their creative talents to design their own personalized wedding stationery reminiscent of vintage French botanical prints and pointed pen. Ali and Evan gracefully incorporated floral touches into each aspect of their wedding design. Evan even wore a floral short sleeve button down matched to a stylish deep eggplant suit.

Ali's bridal look was caught between playful bohemian and modern romantic. Her flattering two-piece summer gown by Bo and Luca was paired with a crown of braids and a bouquet sprinkled with thistle and wildflowers.
